Pittsburgh Modern Quilt Guild’s 2025 Annual Retreat

Check in – Friday May 1st beginning at 12:00 pm

Check out – Sunday, May 3rd  no later than 3:00 pm 


Accommodations: 

  • Retreat cost with 2 overnight stays - All rooms come equipped with a sink, toilet & shower, with towels and linens provided; participants are responsible for managing your own roommate arrangement.

Triple Room $175.00 Double Room $200.00 Single Room $300.00

Guests of Members

Triple Room $200.00 Double Room $225.00 Single Room $325.00

  • Retreat cost for day retreaters (8 am - 10 pm) with no overnight stay 

Members - $150.00  for the entire retreat

Guests of members - $175.00 for the entire retreat

  • Cost includes the following meals:

Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, Sunday brunch 

(Options available upon request for dietary restrictions - details on registration form)


Retreat Setup: 

  • Main sewing room Spirit of the Glen

Your own 6 ft foot table (provided by the retreat center)

Ironing and cutting stations (provided by the guild)

  • Additional adjoining room beside restrooms/kitchenette to layout quilts, socialize, etc

Kitchenette with sink, refrigerator and coffee maker, mugs outside our sewing room

Refund Policy:   We need to give the center our final count 60 days prior to the retreat, on March 1st, therefore no full refunds after that date. A partial refund may be available in unforeseen circumstances.

Note: There is now a policy that prohibits alcohol on site at the facility.
